Black Bean Chicken Stir-Fry Chicken | Main Course | Recipes Serves 2 Ingredients 300g chicken breast/thigh meat, bite-size cubes 1 small green pepper, cubed 1 small red/yellow pepper, cubed 2 shallots, diced 1 tbsp cooking oil Marinade 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce Sauce mix 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce 1 tsp sugar 2 tbsp water Method Clean, cut and marinate the meat in Oyster Sauce, set aside. Prepare the vegetables, arrange on a plate in cooking order. Heat the wok, add oil and stir-fry shallots and chicken until chicken is seared (about 3min) Add the peppers and stir-fry until chicken is cooked through. Add the sauce mix and heat through.
