Brown Rice With Chicken And Mixed Nuts

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken 250 g
  • Brown rice 250 g
  • Carrot (s) 50 g [shredded]
  • Mixed nuts 90 gchopped
  • Raisins 2 tbsp [optional]
  • Water 400 ml
  • Premium Oyster Sauce, 1 tbsp

Sauce & Marinade

  • Premium Oyster Sauc, 2 tbsp
  • Pure Sesame Oil, 1 tsp
  • Corn starch 1/2 tsp

Methods

  1. Mix minced chicken and carrot with marinade.
  2. Wash brown rice and drain. Put brown rice and water in rice cooker and cook until almost done.
  3. Spread minced chicken mixture on top of rice and cook until done.
  4. Sprinkle with Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, mixed nuts and raisins. Mix well and serve hot.
