Rice Vermicelli In Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 120g dried rice vermicelli noodles
  • Shredded toasted laver (seaweed) or nori, for serving
  • Roasted sesame seeds, for serving

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil

Method

  1. Soak the rice vermicelli in warm water for 15 minutes until separated and soft. Drain and set aside on a serving plate.
  2. For the sauce, mix together the Premium Oyster Sauce and Pure Sesame Oil. Pour over the vermicelli and top with nori and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
