- 120g dried rice vermicelli noodles
- Shredded toasted laver (seaweed) or nori, for serving
- Roasted sesame seeds, for serving
- 3 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil
- Soak the rice vermicelli in warm water for 15 minutes until separated and soft. Drain and set aside on a serving plate.
- For the sauce, mix together the Premium Oyster Sauce and Pure Sesame Oil. Pour over the vermicelli and top with nori and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
