Steamed Minced Pork And Tofu With Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients

  • Soft bean curd/Soft tofu 400 g
  • Minced pork 120 g [lean meat]
  • Bell pepper (s) 50 g [red, diced]
  • Water chestnuts 25 g [diced]
  • Sauce for Black Bean Chicken, 50 g [1 pack]

Methods

  1. Mix minced pork, diced red bell pepper and water chestnut with Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Black Bean Chicken.
  2. Cut soft bean curd into 12 slices. Spread minced pork mixture on top.
  3. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
